Is an NDA agreed BEFORE the collaboration?
Yes, an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) will be agreed before we start working together.
We understand how important it is to protect your confidential information. The NDA ensures that all information you provide to us as part of the collaboration will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties. Your privacy and the protection of your business secrets are our top priority. You can rest assured that we respect your trust and take the protection of your data seriously.
Do I need to have a business?
Yes, by definition, a trade is used to carry out an independent, professional activity.
The registration itself only takes 10 minutes at the trade office and you only need an identity card. The cost of registration varies between 10 and 60 euros depending on the region.
We will of course guide you through the entire process and explain exactly what you need and what you have to do.
Why do I have to have a business?
When you sell your ebook, you provide a service in accordance with the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG) and, as an entrepreneur, you are obliged to issue an invoice. To do this, you need a registered business.
Don’t worry! Nothing to do with GmbH & Co. KG. You only need to register as a small business.
As already mentioned, we will guide you through the entire process and answer any questions you may have. It’s very simple!
GOOD TO KNOW: In B2B (business to business) business, it comes across very professionally if you present yourself as an entrepreneur with a registered business and not just as a private individual. Cooperation is more attractive and advantageous for the respective partner.
How are the shares divided and paid out?
At the end of the month we will send you an invoice with the corresponding amount. That’s it!
The amounts can be viewed transparently in the back end. Of course, you have your own account with which you can log in and track all sales, transactions, etc. at any time.
Do I have to write and issue invoices myself?
No! Creation & dispatch are carried out automatically
If you have any questions, changes, cancelations, etc., we are of course always at your side.
Are we signing a contract?
Yes, in a partnership between ProDesign.Media and a creator, a contract is concluded in which all the details of the collaboration are defined. We discuss all points together in advance so that each contract is customized and meets the wishes and needs of the respective partner.
